In an odd land, driven by illumination and overseen by the birds, a boy searches for Ox, the land. Through oceans, mountains and storms, he finds himself among the blind and the blessed. The gods place their bets and time cuts its deals. The mirrors can sometimes speak and ducks prove to be evil. The boy moves through the world to escape from prediction and discover meaning through the vast unknown. Ox, it will be fine.
